The Mystic Ocean - Narrative Poem

Reflection In this activity we were learning to write a narrative poem. It was easy to add interesting detail to this piece of writing because I put lots of ideas in my planning. Next time I need to work on writing this narrative poem like a poem not a narrative story.

Reflection WALT tell the time in blocks of five. It was tricky to write the time in words because I didn't really know how to convert numbers into words.

Food Chain

Reflection I learnt that a thrush is a bird and it eats insects. It was tricky to put the animals and insects together in the right order because some insects are bigger than some animals.

As Smooth as Silk

Reflection It was easy to find answers for the questions because the author stated many hints. It was tricky to find the hints because the author put them in random but sneaky places. I enjoyed this piece of work because it gave me a challenge and I love challenges!

Reflection It was tricky to find inferences because the inferences were hid in a spot that I couldn't see. I learnt that snails are relatives of slugs.
